Services included: the preparation and furnishing of the room, wireless Internet, AC power sockets, wired / wireless microphones, projectors, projection screen, flip chart, stage, speaker's pulpit.

Extra-price services: full-time presence of technical staff, extra lighting, the placement of writing desks on the chairs, catering.

Catering: our packages of coffee breaks, buffet varieties and 3 -5-course meals satisfy different needs and budgets. The full price list can be provided on request. The catering prices do not include the 10% service charge.
