Terms & Conditions

The following information forms the basis of participation in the President loyalty program. Participation in this Program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them.

Each Member is responsible for creating private account access information and for maintaining the security of that information.

Higher status can be achieved by hotel stays only at Hotel President Budapest.

1. A "stay" is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel and booked directly at the hotel’s official website, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. Membership benefit discounts are calculated only from the daily rates at the hotel’s own official website. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions and discounts. Specifically excluded from the definition of "stay" are the following types of ineligible stays:

  • wholesale/tour operator packages;
  • contracted crew rates;
  • travel agency discount rates;
  • unauthorized Members staying on Family & Friends Travel Rates;
  • complimentary or barter rooms;
  • NET Group rates;
  • Series Group or IT Group rates;
  • third party websites bookings (irrespective of rate paid); and
  • "opaque" channel bookings where the brand may or may not be known at the time of purchase.

2. No nights will be awarded for "no show" situations when a Member has made a reservation guaranteed with a credit card but then does not check in to the hotel--irrespective of whether or not the Member's credit card is charged for any portion of the reserved stay per the hotel's "no show" policy.

Benefits of each tier status

„Minister” status can be reached immediately after joining the program. Benefits: 

  • 1 small welcome gift in the room 
  • free upgrade to higher room category upon availability
  • 10% discount from the online daily rate at the hotel’ own official website
  • 10% discount from all restaurant consumption in the hotel’s restaurant during the stay

„Vice-President” status can be reached after 10 room nights and at least at the second stay.  From the „Vice-President” status we offer an elegant plastic membership card. Benefits: 

  • 1 small welcome gift in the room 
  • free upgrade to higher room category upon availability
  • 12% discount from the online daily rate at the hotel’ own official website
  • 12% discount from all restaurant consumption in the hotel’s restaurant during the stay

„President” status can be reached after 20 room nights and at least at the third stay. Benefits:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine prepared in the room 
  • free upgrade to higher room category upon availability
  • 15% discount from the online daily rate at the hotel’ own official website
  • 12% discount from all restaurant consumption in the hotel’s restaurant during the stay
  • 20% discount from massages at the hotel’s own Spa
  • Additionally, when a guest becomes „President” member we offer a voucher for 1 night which can be used at any of Mozart Group Hotels. This voucher is valid for 1 year. 

Earning Tier Status

Members can earn and maintain tier status based on stays and nights in any calendar year. A "calendar year" is understood to mean January 1st through - December 31st of each year. Members must re-qualify for every status each calendar year.

Moving to a Higher Tier

Members may earn a higher status when their stays and nights within a calendar year qualify the Member for the next tier, as set forth in more detail below.

Maintaining Your Tier

Once the Member has reached a certain tier, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which tier was earned and the subsequent calendar year.
