Hotel policies
Guaranteed reservation and deposit
All reservations made through the hotel's official web site (www.hotelpresident.hu) must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Check in time: from 3 p.m.
Check out time: until 11 a.m.
Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Child policy
Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge in their parents' room. The rollaway bed or the baby cot must be requested in advance. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room.
