New standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Our top priority is the safety of our guests and employees. We are doing everything we can to en-sure that your stay is safe. We have implemented a number of changes according to the latest hy-giene and disinfection guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

Public Areas

All handles, switches, handrails, elevator buttons are disinfected regularly. Only professional prod-ucts with high antimicrobial activity are used for cleaning. The hotel has antiseptic dispensers. Re-minders about personal hygiene and sanitation measures are displayed in public areas as recom-mended by WHO. During check-in and check-out, social distance is monitored, and we try to mini-mize the accumulation of people in public areas.

Registration for SPA treatments is organized in order that no more than one visitor can be served in one room. All surfaces are disinfected before each visitor. The same standard of disinfection and hygiene is also implemented in the SPA area (pool and cloakrooms).

In Room Safety

Wherever applicable rooms will not be re-rented within 24 hours after departure. In preparation for guest’s arrival, the room and the bathroom are sanitized with antimicrobial products. All bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures and pressed. Room keys must be disinfected before issuing and after departure.

Dining in the Hotel

Interaction at Breakfast buffet is minimized. Tables are at the prescribed minimum distance of 1m. Moreover, you can also have breakfast delivered to your room. All menu cards are laminated and disinfected before handed to the guest. Tables and chairs are cleaned after each guest and the entire table linen is changed.

Employees’ Health

All employees of the hotel follow preventive measures, wash and disinfect their hands, and sani-tize their work places. All employees have masks/protective screens and hand sanitizers.
